Rude Staff
Staff have been phoning my continuously demanding that I give them my date of birth _ I REFUSE, however when I phoned them back I wanted to give them my DOB in order to check what this is about and ask for a statement. The woman handling the call is very rude and does not listern ! Please train your staff and im waiting for a statement to be emailed to me.
