RUDE SANDRA AND STINKING ATTITUDE FROM MBD

I have never dealt with a RUDE superior as Sandra whoever her surname is ,she is very rude doesn't give you a chance to speak She speaks while you are still speaking,shouts client's,that woman is very rude it's clear MBD doesn't know how to deal with clients
