Rude rude rude staff members!!!!

Super sick and tired of this company. The past probably 3 years they keep on calling my husband of an alleged loan that was taken out by my husband at Capitec Bank in 2015. My husband didn't bank at Capitec Bank at 2015 as we were banking with Nedbank. We went to Capitec and they couldn't assist us, everytime a consultant from MBD calls my husband in regards to this matter they are extremely rude. He asked numerous times from MBD to please assist him with any documentation that states he is the one that took the loan, but as soon as he asks that they get rude shouts at him and puts the phone down in his ear. We are not paying for something that we never took neither can be shown proof of.
