Rude Pathetic Consultants

Good day,

I need you to refer this complaint to the senior manager in the TV License collections team, I received a call from Stephina at 8.25am today which I need you to listen to urgently and tell me if she is not deserving to be taken into a Disciplinary hearing. The consultant was very rude and really deserves to be FIRED! I have never received such bad service, she said its really pathetic for her to have someone at my age who cannot afford to pay a TV license??? she continued to say im the type that does not want to pay up my debts even after explaining that currently I cannot afford, because I was angered by her lack of empathy and understanding, I sad I cannot continue to speak to a fool and she said im in fact the biggest fool in this whole thing. I have no words for this, just wonder how she got hired and why she is still there. this must be addressed urgently because she simply cannot continue like this. The team leader Tshepo refused to take the call when I reported this service which makes me think its actually an acceptable behavior for consultants because they are enjoying his shield. Please NOTE I don't want an apology, I want an action taken against this consultant and detailed feedback.
