Rude *********** staff

Today i was contacted by a lady which i asked all must be put on email as for that is my preference of contact manner in order for me to have all communication in writing. I supp**** her my details. A while later a very rude male phoned me back the more i wanted to tell him what i told the lady he yelled at me i eventually put the phone down in his ear before myself told him nasty things. They refused to do what i asked to be done.
