RUDE ***********

Your Capital DATA people are useless and rude. I owe nobody and i have asked that you remove my number from your system. I do not know you guys. Today i spoke to a Desgnato(she said her name was). she insisted i gave her my ID number for her to assist me . i told her that i am not comfortable giving her my ID number because of so much ***** but eventually did. Now, what i said would happen, happened. THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE SYSTEM FOR MY ID NUMBER. she said she cant assist me as the screen is blank. I have initial suggested that i gave her my Cellphone number as i have called prior and the consultants asked for my cellphone number. I am glad I am not one of the clients that have to deal with your company that lacks alot for a business. I want my number out of your system
