RUDE,IMPOLITE

Today one of your consultants contacted my cellphone as you were looking to speak to my husband, i am the authorized person to speak to in the event that he is unable to. and i have been handling all the calls and queries regarding his file with your company and i also make the payments on a monthly bases. your consultant refused to speak to me and when i asked to speak to the supervisor and advising your consultant that had been an arrangement made that should reflect on the file that they can speak to me he asked me to hold, while i could still hear him talk to someone in the background and then he just ended the call. now i know everyone has a job to do but if you want to be rude and impolite to the people that need to pay you, i feel you need to then rethink your options and career choice. Whether i am your client, your supplier or your debtor you need to practice your professionalism and composure at all times, <br> i have now tried 16 times to phone your customer care to speak to a supervisor, the phone either goes silent, or someone answers chatting away in the background (sounds like you are having an office party) and then immediately transfers it to the recording - t.b.c
