RUDE CONSULTANTS

Consultant was very rude to me this morning her name is Masabatha she called me at 11:09 this morning on the no ********** 435.This lady called and orderedme to give my ID no i asked her if she can just explain to me what for and wich company she is from,because there is too much ***** i can not just give away my ID no to stranger.She snapped at me and say i can not tell her how to do her job.Then she said who am i to tell her how to do her job atleast her she is working and iam just unemployed.meaning that is the reason i can not pay my debts.That did not sit well with me as i decided to cut the call because she is raising her voice and shouting at me now,forgetting what was the reason of that call.I do not want any call from MBD ever.We as consumer we are human too and we have rights we can not tolerate this kind of treatment and harrasment.I would like the management to investigate this and train the staff how to treat consumers we are not animals.
