Rude Consultants

Hi guys , I have a problem with MBD , the consultants are rude they even swear at us , like they will call ******* and useless when u tell them u don’t know the person they are looking for , I have a few names , they is mabusi , she called me just now , she literally said ‘ Your a **** mam your Mitchell and your useless’ where do we report such insults and open a case ? Thank you
