RUDE CONSULTANT

I made arrangements with them to deduct on the 27 and they deducted on the wrong date when i called to get it fix i spoke to a lady called motlatsi who was VERY RUDE she advised that i must reverse the debit and i asked if i reverse will they be able to deduct again she said no they wont be able to deduct again so i said i don't want to reverse because it will reflect badly on my account she advised that there is nothing she can do then dropped the call on my ear after shouting at they are so unprofessional when i want to speak to her manager she said they are in a meeting my must call after an hour i asked them to call me she said they cant.
