RUDE CONSULTANT

I got a call yesterday from MBD attorney. Oh how rude the consultant was, if I can call him a consultant. Demanding money and also telling me it's my responsibility to pay the account. As if I didn't know this. I will not accept any calls from them ever. they can do whatever they deem necessary. they should send all their employees for proper training on how to deal with customers, cause sometimes the issues are very sensitive. still very perturbed.
