Rude Consultant

I had a personal loan with direct axis of which is handed over to MBD credit solutions because i was unable to pay back the loan. I am currently unemployed. I made payment arrangements with them and pay every month as per our arrangement. Every month they call me to remind me of the payment of which i dont mind but i keep explaining my situation to them that i cant load debit order because money is coming from somewhere but i get very rude people who will tell me that i have signed terms and conditions of the loan. The guy i spoje to this morning was extremely rude and attacking me saying when i wanted the loan i was quick to rush to them for money, now i need to pay them i come up with stories about not loading debit order. I told every consultant i spoke to every month my reason not to because I'm afraid it will sometimes bounce. Thabang Thupe is the consultant who called me this morning and just told me how i ran to them when i wanted a loan. I didn't choose to be in the situation of unemployment and i don't appreciate to be treated like some kind of common ********. I have been honouring my arrangement and dont like to be treated this way. I will really appreciate if people can speak with us with some respect irrespective of been handed over or not. No one chose to have financial problems. I am willing to pay my loan off as soon as i get the job, but to be harassed by consultant no. I think MBD need to give their consultant a training on how to deal with clients. I'm also going to take this matter to CPA because I believe that there's law that's protects me as a consumer even if I'm not working. I am doing my best to pay my loan but can't tolerate to be treated like some kind of common ********. I even lost my temper and swear at the consultant because of he thought he is God
