rude call centre agents

<p>I never realised getting a paid up letter for an account could be such a mission...since Saturday 25th March when i paid my account i have since struggled to get a paid up letter for that account. I have had 4 agents put the phone down in my ear without assisting me after i was promised that as soon as the payment reflects, they will request for a paid up letter and send it to me. I have made 6 follow up calls since., coming across agents that are rude and dont want to assist you. 4 of them hung up on me &nbsp;without offering any assistance. The kind of service ive recieved from this place is an embarrasment....</p>
