RUDE CALL CENTRE AGENT
I am getting calls and smses about a Ruth Blossom who has been handed over. I do not even know this person. Been using my number since 2007, which was my staff number. Just now at 01.45pm received a call from this very rude agent, she called from ***. Shouting at me. I spoke to a Kagiso on your WhatsApp platform few days ago, he promised to remove my contact number. Every person I have spoken to promises and I am still receiving calls. I am really fed up right now. Teach your staff customer service as I am not going to tolerate this behaviour.
