Rude call center agents

I get I'm owing and all but I have never being treated so badly by call centre staff before, I worked in customer services before, I don't believe that some one has any right to call me and threaten me, insult and belittle me aswell, the last 3 calls I recieved where a nightmare, the first agent while I asked for her supervisor put me on hold and talked to their peer about how stupid I was at the time, she did not even bother to mute her head sets, the last two agents I talked to when asking for their names again they told me that they will not repeat themselves as I failed to capture their names from the onset and they also blatently refused to escalate me to their supervisors, I get they are debt collectors and all and they have commission to make bit if you are calling me for a payment agreement one should let me make the decision about it and not force me into what suits them or their commission or their target, I have had enough of these insults from the *********** staff there
