Rude, arrogant monkies

I am disgusted that monkies are working for this company. They are rude, arrogant and does not have a clue on what they are doing. They don't call you back and if they do they for some reason can't hear you and drop the phone in your ear. This has been going on for a whole week. Than they send you sms threatening you. I have no account with vodacom and vodacom confirmed there is no record of me on their system. Who is the manager director of this ****** company? Can someone please advise as I am going to take this matter to court as they just want money out of innocent people.
