Rude and unprofessional

Gosh the unprofessionalism of some of the staff is actually mind blowing. They have been calling my 83 year old mom for an account that is not connected to her or anyone she knows. Two agents Kanyiso and Lifa put the phone down whilst I was still talking to them whilst requesting them to delete my mom's number on their system . Be glad you do not have to deal with them in any form or shape
