Rude and Unprofessional Agent

I received a call from a lady called Malebo from *** on the 9th March 2021 at 09:58am regarding my Truworths account, it looks like the lady is working from home when I answered she just kept quiet and without even saying hello, all I could hear was the television from her back round. After some time she decides to talk and when I asked why she was silent she just snapped and started swearing at me and she spoke in African language and said don't **** me off then she hang up on me, the lady is very RUDE. I tried to call the same number then I spoke to a lady called Nomcebo and she confirmed that it was Malebo. #unprofessional
