Their very rude consultant Galia Ran***i refused to acknowledge that I made payment just 6 days ago on my FNB acc, she insisted that I should just shut up and listen to her while she told me there no payment on her side. When she started changing her story I asked for the call recording she mentioned at the beginning of the call to which she responded to say that she is ending the call.
