Rude and unprofessional

They don't respect clients or their requests. Am not sure why business use them to work for them. They rude to your client. They not only damaging their image alone but all the businesses that use them. They should train their staff. There is a lady working the with the name of Cheryl working in the RCS department she is extremely rude.
