Rude and harassing

Utter rude, harassing and having personal information that they don't have permission for. For past weeks I have been harassed by MBD, even if I explain my problem and they take note of it they just keep on.

Today I took a call from them and the lady was utter rude. I couldn't hear her due to bad signal or something. I ask her to phone me back because the line was bad and what I could make out she accused me of lying, upon this I lost my temper and was made out to be the bad guy.

I phone back to complain about this woman and was met again with rudeness and informing me they only have limited time to speak as that is what the system does. Funny how this is the case when you phone them with a complaint and to arrange something but when they keep on calling you there is no time limit.

Plus for some reason they have personal information of my family and harassing them also, even though those family members did not give anybody permission to have or share personal information.

I have had enough going to submit a complaint against them, for sharing and having personal information.

I can't believe companies use these type of people. The rudeness will bring them nowhere .
