Rude and Arrogant
Gcina Dlaldla was very rude and arrogant she got me questioning how she got this job. She made me feel harassed. I mean it’s not like I don’t know that my payments are behind I KNOW. She missed the key points of entering a call, disrespect, no sympathy just being raw and rude.
