Rude Agents

I am receiving multiple calls everyday, claiming that I am Ronald and I owe - I do not even know a Ronald, it's been months of me asking them to remove my number. Today on their rude agents shouted at me when I asked why they still have my number, telling me that this is not their problem, and that I must ask MTN why they have my number. What kind of service is this?
