RUDE AGENTS

i work as a consultant and every time you call a client you ask for convenience , it is very shocking and very disrespectful and rude when you get a call from the consultants calling you from MBD they said they do not ask for convenience , if you want to talk to me you will ask for convenience its my time that you need you cant just say please confirm your ID number what makes you think its the right time to speak some agent was even rude to say if you busy why did you answer your phone , can they please TEACH THEIR AGENTS TO ASK FOR CONVENIENCE AND STOP BEING RUDE
