RUDE AGENTS

I've just been contacted by one of their agents. I explained to the agent why i can't make payments as I've been unemployed for over 3 months and not getting any income hence i cannot pay anything towards my account. The agent was extremely rude and asked me why i can't make payment using the R370 social grant. She was so rude that she even told me that it's not her problem that i had resigned from my previous job!! Your small minded agents should be trianed well and not speak to debtors in a way that is belittling to. I am aware that i have an overdue account which I cant pay due to financial constraints. I will not tolerate this kind of behaviour from your rude agents who are chasing after PTP's and under pressure for making targets !!!
