Rude agent from MBD

I spoke to a very RUDE agent this morning screaming at me.When I told her that ahe cannot speak ri me in that manner the agents responds to me was you did not pay your account now you are making an excuse that I am screaming at you.The agents approach was un called for.The agent was very rude and should not be engaging with clients,she must work on her anger issues.i paid my account on Sat the payment was not showing coz I used an incorrect reference number. THAT AGENT IS VERY RUDE AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK WITH CLIENTS.
