RUDE AGENT

<p>Every single day i receive sms's about a debt that's not even mine .endless calls which I am unable to answer because I'm at work most of the time .but today your agent prudence calling on behalf of bayport simply demonstrated that this is a business that does not have quality in their service.because I'm not telling u what u want to hear u decided to hang up? Had she been trained accordingly she would've asked how I'm related to the debtor then probed further for helpful information.I want this agent called to order immediately!</p>
