Rude Agent

My sister has been telling me that MBD called her and I always wonder why don't they call me. So lucky they called her to day and I was with her. I answered the phone and asked agent that called why don't they call on my phone cause I haven't received a call from them. He says the number on the system was the only number I provided I told him that's an alternative number if they can't get a hold of me. He said thank you got your time. He was very rude and wasn't willing to tell me the reason for the call it's like he wanted me off the line already.
