Rotten service , bad, bad, bad, service
I regret banking with Capitec Bank , after a bad service call I made from the branch calling at mbd to send me a prescribed letter since last week up to now I haven’t received the letter for the loan that was made under my I.d number since 2014 , spoke to the lady by the name Buyisile who was rude and didn’t help me with anything, at the branch was assisted by Nqobile who was also not helping with the prescribed letter , both companies don’t know the meaning of customer service…….

But for now me and hello Peter will be best of friends.
