Riping Off Customer

<p>MBD Incorporated</p> <p>Account number : ***</p> <p>I received a letter from you guys thanking me for the R200.00 payment I made on the account. <br />payment date was 29 April 2016 and I had an outstan**** balance of R1550.25</p> <p>I call in today (19/05/2016) for a settlement amount and my outstanding amount is now R1628.53... Why is this? Why are you adding interest to the account?<br />Besides this, i asked for a settlement amount and the amount given was R1564.50, a total discount of R64.03 or if i take it from the letter you sent me with the remaining<br />balance you added R14.50, how can you blatantly rip me off like this. you operate your debt collection section with no intergrity what so ever. you trying to maximise profits.</p> <p>Feel free to contact me with a lower settlement amount or atleast an explanation of why you are cheating me.</p>
