Ridiculous Service
What a useless services and a company full of consutants who do not know their processes. If you get hold o a different department, they tell you a different story to the other. I've never experienced horrible service for a simple paid up letter requesting. It's been over 2 months, everyday they tell you about 48hrs. Mmatema was the worst ever, i had to deal with.
