Ridiculous Billing
I received a letter in the post today (4th Jan 2018) dated 7th of December 2017 stating that I must pay my SABC TV license the amount of R344.50. I also received an SMS on the 16th December 2017 stating I must pay R 318. Please pay attention to those dates and amounts.
This morning I call ********** to get clarity and all I get is touch and go then the lady finally states that I must pay R 344.50 which I paid via internet banking, I asked her where to send the proof of payment she gave me this email ( ********** Later during the day I get another call saying I must pay R371 like how?????? How are you guys calculation the arrears and to me it seems more like theft. During the call I made around 15:29 I asked to speak to the manager and the gentleman on the phone hung up.
Get my account in order and stop trying to ****** money from me.
