revolting service

I got a sms from MBD telling me I had not paid the payment I had promised when in fact I had. The sms then said to call MBD offices which I promptly did only to get the rudest most revolting agent known to my ears. She told me some babble about payments made last week not reflecting. Then the lady (which she is not but for prudence sack) proceed to tell me about how much I owed. As if I needed that. The reason I was paying was to close the silly debt incurred by coj's bad way of managing accounts. I have never been so disrespected by an individual who's main job is to make me pay.
