Responsible for someone else's credit card???????
I am disgusted. After numerous calls to your call centre and call agents hanging the phone up on me, I have decided to take this further. I am recieving smses for final demands on someone else's payment of R56354.06 that is due and I have not been able to get in contact anyone regarding this. This is regarding a credit card and is addressed to a Mr Van Der Walt. Firstly I've never owned a credit card and secondly I don't know anyone addressed by the same name. Kindly sort this out ASAP!!
