Respond to emails

I have sent 3 emails and no response to any !! I tried calling but I waited more than an hour of which I can understand you might have a long queue but Live out of the country so please respond to the damn email !!! I want to set up an arrangement to pay the account! Why put up an email for customers if you not gonna use it ????
