Requests for settlement letter ignored
Hi<br> <br> I have been promised a settlement in September 2015 and despite numerous requests via the callcentre I am still waiting. the payment information is also not updated. Itc records still show the debt as due.<br> Each time I call I have to repeat my email address and the consultants confirms it will be sent in a few days.<br> <br> Please look into this urgently.<br> <br> <br> <br>
