Requested statement for months with no assistance
I have requested a statement from MBD for months. Every call centre agent puts notes on the system, verifies my email address and still after 4 months of requesting a statement, I still have not received one.
I would like to know, like any financial institution can provide, how much I have paid each month, how much interest I have incurred each month and my balance. All I receive when i request a statement is a sms stating my balance.
