REQUEST PAID UP LETTER

Hello<br> <br> I am Michael Mdletshe i had account with Edgars and I was told to pay R900.00 as a settlement amount in January. I have paid all that money and still my account is still not settled with Edgars. i have called the following numbers *** and ***. since February i have been phoning ( I spoke to someone called Chris must have been a call center Agent who said i will get the letter immediately after i pay) and i have been pushed from pillar to post. Can somebody help bring these people to justice?
