Repeated harassment

Repeatedly harassed for payment of TV License. I e-mailed them a letter from my auditors certifying that the business had closed down and the TV sets were sold before license was due for renewal. They continue to harass me despite repeated requests to get their act together and leave me alone. Shockingly ***********!!
