REMOVE MY NAME ON ITC!

REMOVE MY NAME ON ITC! I had an account with jet which I paid well till I paid in the incorrect account called them a few times to trace the payment I didn't get any joy. I then went to Boulders (midrand) jet store I still didn't get any joy. My account was then handed over to MBD debt collectors, I paid my account with MBD I called them to get a settlement /paid up letter and asked for my name to be cleared they advised I should call jet . I then called jet they advised my account is still not settled on order for me to receive a paid up letter I will have to pay the remaining balance.. I paid off that amount called back for the letter received the letter BUT TILL THIS DAY MY NAME IS NOT REMOVED ON ITC!!
