REMOVE MY ****ING DETAILS OFF YOUR SYSTEM

I sent this email on 21.08.2025 to ***

Dear MBD Attorneys,

I am writing to demand the immediate cessation of your repeated and ******** attempts to contact me regarding an account that does not belong to me, nor has it ever had any connection to me. Despite my lack of association with this matter, your office has continuously harassed me, causing unnecessary distress and inconvenience.

Your conduct constitutes a direct contravention of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You are processing and using my personal information without lawful reason, and your persistent communications amount to harassment. This is unacceptable and ********.

I hereby instruct you to:

Cease all contact with me immediately in relation to this account.

Remove all of my personal information from your records pertaining to this matter.

Confirm in writing within 7 (seven) days that you have comp**** with the above.

Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to lodge a formal complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa and to take further legal action against MBD Attorneys for harassment and breach of my data privacy rights under POPIA.

Take this email as a final notice. Any further harassment will be documented and pursued through the appropriate legal and regulatory channels.
