REMOVE MY DETAILS FROM YOUR SYSTEM!
What a ridiculous company, after numerous phone calls and emails for 2months trying to get my name removed from their system and not owing them any money, this company logs debt on your profile that has been paid up long time ago. The debt they apparently talking about is old prescibed debt that was removed from my credit report and they keep on re submitting, i requested a prescibed letter from them and reported them to the ombudsman and ncr. Ive been sending emails from the 20th june 2023 to 12 july with all evidence that i dont owe them any money. Their supervisor and olivia hoosain also doesnt respond to my email, i want this matter resolved asap as you guys are harassing me everyday for debt i dont have with mbd or know of.

18 Aug 2023, 13:55I am still waiting for a response from mbd, always excuses, i have spoken to experian credit bureau and i was told that this account was removed for the 2nd time in July and was then resubmitted again end of July, this is pathetic. Please email experian the prescibed letter and cc me in it aswell as i was told by customer care at experian it would take 7 days for them to remove the account after the letter is recieved. I want this resolved asap.

There is no need to provide you with anything as you should have all the evidence that you claiming, you are the one that sent me a statement with 0.00 balance and 0.00 arrears, so i dont see where i owe you as mbd any money. Sorry.
According to mbd i owe them money that i dont have any clue off, you guys must stop harassing people. All i want you to do is to remove me completely from your system.
