Removal of personal email address from public domain

Good day I just got an email from a customer who is looking for a settlement letter from MBD but is not getting any assistance and to my surprise she got my personal email from ypur site which makes me wonder why because POPI states that people's personal information must not be shared without their knowledge. Can you kindly remove my email address wherever it's appearing on your website and assist this lady with her request and stop giving her the run around. I have ask for permission from her to share her personal information so that you are able to assist her with her settlement letter Puisano Reginah Ndaba I'd no *** contact *** .
