Remains on my credit report even though they cannot find my account
You are making my life hell. For years you are reflecting on my credit report but when I call to settle the account you advise that there is no account with this amount. SERIOUSLY, I WANT TO PAY YOU. Please listen to the call recordings. Does your CEO know that you are costing him money by not accepting peoples settlements but yet you wont remove your name from my credit report.

Is there someone that can pick up the phone and call me? Constance did you even bother to listen to the call recording? Because this CLOSED account that you are mentioning was mentioned
