Reguest for paid up letter delayed
Everytime I try to call they just put the phone on hold they don't care how much airtime you use to be onhold for more than 5 minutes till you hang up... I requested for the paid up letter about 3 weeks back but I didn't receive any,when I try and do the follow up they always tell tha they will reguest for it to be sent.. So far I had a bad experience with MBD.. For Spitz account
