Refusing to update with bereaus and to issue paid up letter.

Refusing to give me a paid up letter. Account was paid up on 29th May. They haven't even updated with the bureaus. Each time I call in they say they'll send the letter shortly because some Wendy character has to authorize it. I want to sort my credit profile out, but they refuse to comply.
