Refusing to refund bank charges caused by MBD

MBD Inc debited my bank account on the wrong date for several months i tried to stop it but they took several months to cancel it due to thier tracking system this led to bank charges on my absa account that they are liable to refund, the charges are for 5 months but they only refunded two months giving no sense reasons why they cannot refund the other 3 months.<br> I need my money so that i can pay the accounts.<br> This is a 2014 year matter but seems so difficult for them to resolve it.
