Refusing to give paid up letters for more than a year

My credit card and personal loan accounts were handed over to MBD by Standard Bank. We worked well together to settle the accounts. In the end, I needed paid up laters to take back to Standard Bank and other credit providers to prove that I had indeed paid off the debt. MBD has been giving me run arounds with Paid Up letters for more than 12 MONTHS NOW!!

How does Standard Bank work with such unprofessional people. Going to rate Standard Bank very low for this
