Refuse to send customer Settlement letter after settling the arrears with them

<p>MBD is one of the worst Collection company to deal with, i have settled all my arears with them on standardbank account January 2017 and they promised me that they will send a settlement letter to standardbank instead what they did they sent the account back to standard bank as unpaid, is been 3 months since i have been calling them promising me that they will send it and update standard bank even now nothing, i send them email every week no response. Worst part is that now my account at Standard bank it shows that i haven’t been paying and i accumulating intrest. MBD doesn’t care about their customer all they do is sent back your account to standard bank as unpaid so that standard bank can send it back to them and you will have to pay them so that they benefit. Their service is veryyy pooor and i wonder why big companies like standard bank work with them</p>
