REFUSE TO GIVE ME PAID UP LETTER

Late may I did an arrangement to settle my Makro account on the 6th of June. However on the 2nd on June my Dad then passed away(I can send the death Certificate aswell). I sent an email notifying them I wont be able to make up that promise, the lady said its fine. I then called friday the 19th asking if the settlement still stands. they said yes. I did a payment of R6150 but today I called they said I have an outstanding R2400 ??? Is this the trick you used with all your clients ? you promise them discount to settlement knowing well that you will change your mind ??<br> <br> Please urgently assist because I'm considering to take this matter higher.
